Feeling dreamy

For years I only wore pants.  I hated pink.  I needed to "win" all of my arguments.  Recently, I have been letting my softer side out.  I'm slowly learning how to ask questions and listen to the answers.  I love pink.  I wear a lot of skirts.

Last week, I went to Atlantic Station to find some street style but was lured into shopping a little.  I was already feeling particularly girly that day wearing this striped skirt -

...and then I bought this one -

I actually tried on a denim pencil skirt in Old Navy (which would have matched my old nature), but it felt so uninspired.  This one had a dreamier quality to it.

 

Appropriately girly for my anniversary date last night
