Looking for wedges

This week I was looking for some wedges to round out my summer wardrobe.  I intended to buy something like this -

Black leather with cork wedges

or these -

More Twelfth St. By Cynthia Vincent...


or these -

More Audrey Brooke...

But I then I was walking through the mall and saw a very chic lady wearing all black leather wedges.  I was going to ask her where she got her shoes (and if I could take her picture), but she was in the middle of an intense conversation.  I remembered I had seen similar shoes at Aldo, so I headed there and immediately purchased these -

My wardrobe is much more "city" than "country", so these wedges fit in perfectly.  I have since noticed similar shoes (at a slightly cheaper price) available in several colors at Dillard's, Zappos, Piperlime, everywhere, etc. -

More Dolce Vita...



Now I feel updated for the summer.
