Neon

Here's a little neon to wake us up on this Monday morning.  It's a little difficult to pull off and probably best in small doses.  I like it paired with neutrals like the second picture down.  The last outfit with the bright skirt looks good, too, and would be a fun outfit to wear if you want to lift some spirits.
